Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur 750ML Loire Less sweet than I wouldGinger, GNS, water and sugar. 22% abv. Nice fresh root y earthy ginger notes on the nose. Big pungent correct ginger notes on the front; sinus clearing. Softens up and sweetens up on the finish, though the pungent ginger notes are prevalent all throughout. Easier on the sweetness than Canton. Spicy! Intense ginger. Definitely assertive, but it's a good base. Silky mouthfeel. If folks want it sweeter they can do so, if folks like it less sweet, they
