Les Crays is a Bourgogne Rouge from vineyards in Cruzille (north of Mcon), planted to old vine Pinot Noir on limestone and clay soils. The sites name, Crays, refers to the stony terrain that gives the wine its lifted, mineral edge. Why get this wine? Guillots reds are
